Duane is hands down the best in the business. He's sincere, honest, and delivers exceptional quality work. He and his team installed our HVAC system five years ago thoroughly and at a fair price. They company confirmed the appointment in a timely manner. The technician arrived in time frame specified. The requested work from the homeowner was for cleaning, checking, and calibrating a natural gas furnace. In addition, the tech was asked to check the outdoor air conditioner. The air conditioner was found to have a slow freon leak. The homeowner will evaluate this situation in warmer weather for repairs or replacement. The technician was knowledgeable and respectful. I would not hesitate to call Connected Heating & Airconditioning again for my Heating and AC needs. This company is skillful and honest. Thank you to the management and the service technician.
