We have another HVAC company who came in and did tune-up works and forgetting to turn on the damper after they left, they have sent another person to check the issue and couldn't find the problem. Then we reach out to Connected Heating and Air, they were very accommodating and came out to check our HVAC and is able to identify the issue, I would definitely reach out to them again in the future when we have any HVAC related issues as they are professional and efficient.

Duane and his team installed my new HVAC unit several years ago and we were completely satisfied with the product and the installation. This week we were unable to get the AC unit to turn on and I thought it was a bad thermostat. 6 stars. Our experience's have been so great, that we've used them on 2 different houses.

Complete AC/Heater systems both time, the crew is super reliable, fast, and very clean installer's. All nice guys and the price was very fair, (way lower than the big box companies in the industry I might add.) Highly recommend you give em a call.

Reached out to this business at the referral of a neighbor. Received a response promptly from the company and had the owner Duane out right away to provide a quote. We moved our furnace to the attic, upgraded to a heat pump, new ducting, asbestos removal (separate company but great couple of guys as well) , and added zones. Duane brought his crew out and they knocked most of it out in one day and returned the following day to tie up some loose ends. We also opted for HERS testing and had the city out to permit, which everything passed. There were some hiccups with the zones a couple weeks later causing the unit to shut off but Duane got his team out and addressed the issue.

I think the largest reason for working with Duane was that he was willing to work with us and our financing company (through Go Green program) which required him to go through a ton more administrative hoops on his end. He also expressed to us we can always text/call for the future if we have any concerns.

Our house feels great and we are super happy!

Top-Notch Service and Professionalism
We had Connected Heating and Air come out to our house back in July to replace our condenser and recharge our Freon. I can't say enough good things about their service. From start to finish, they were professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable.

What really stood out was their honesty--something that's hard to come by nowadays. The owner even stopped by personally to make sure everything was running smoothly and greeted us, which added a really nice, personal touch.

I highly recommend Connected Heating and Air for any HVAC needs. Their exceptional service has made them my go-to moving forward. Thank you again for the great work!

The technician was professional and was willing to let me see what he does for the maintenance and testing. During the service, he took the time to explain what needed to be changed and serviced, and explained the components and how they work together. This helped a lot to understand the need for regular maintenance and I appreciated it very much.

Since the maintenance and replacement of a capacitor, the AC was more effective in the upstairs rooms and the staff were pleased.

They are responsive and I've used them several times. I did have to wait a couple days because they were so busy given our heat wave but they do a good job at a reasonable price and it was not an emergency for us since I have a backup system.

I also had them install my central hvac 10 years ago, and am still a customer today.

Duane was out today after my system stopped working when I was out of town. It's such a pleasure to watch an expert do their job. (probably why there are so many successful youtubers showing themselves at work).

Duane needs to have his own YT channel, He was prompt to respond, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem at no cost to me!! (warranty) I would very highly recommend you call Connected Heating & Air first and last!

Connected is fantastic. We inherited a crappy A/C unit when we bought this house. Each time there were A/C issues, Connected came out immediately and fixed everything quickly (replacing the capacitor, freon leak, etc.). We dealt with David each time and he is professional, knowledgeable, super patient and thoroughly explained everything to me. I really liked how he didn't try to upsell me or put any pressure...and just seemed like an honest no bulls--t type of person.

When it finally came down to getting a new unit, I got a bid from Connected & 4 other companies. After speaking to every company, I genuinely only liked & trusted Connected and 1 other company. Everyone says that it's less about which A/C brand you pick and more about the company you choose to do the install. Connected was also the lowest estimate.

The day of the job, David brought 4 other guys with him and they knocked out the new Bryant A/C and coils installation in just 3.5 hours (would have been even faster if they didn't have to remove a door to get the old unit out). Everyone was fantastic, professional and we are very happy we went with Connected! Also, they give a 2-year warranty on their labor when a lot of companies only offer 1 year.

Hire this company. You don't need to look any further. Our old system failed, they were very professional, provided an accurate estimate, and were very competitive against the other quotes I had.

They came with a full crew and knocked it out in one afternoon, a brand new furnace and air conditioner. They took special care to protect our hardwood floors, and make sure everything they were connecting to was in good shape. My home was left spotless, the installations are clean and the work was top-notch. Very easy to work with, followed through on every commitment, I am a very satisfied client. Duane was incredible, and his professionalism deserves the highest respect. On a very cold day, my thermostat stopped working, leaving my home uncomfortably cold. Duane came the same day to inspect the unit. He climbed up into the attic, quickly determined that the thermostat wasn't the issue, and reset my furnace. Within moments, everything was working perfectly again. When I offered to pay him, he graciously refused, demonstrating not only his expertise but also his kindness. What an outstanding professional! Duane is the only A/C and heating consultant that I'll call from now on.
